* Movies on the plaza last night was fun! The movie was super cute, and the whole evening was great.
* I got my new laptop up and working thanks to hours on the phone with my dad (who is a techie guru), and cursing at hebibs in India (outsourcing sucks). I don't have to use my old one for anything anymore, and that it so exciting. All that is left to do with it is swipe it and box it up for my brother's birthday in October.
* We had to take TC to the vet the other day because he had been attacked (we think by a squirrel). The attacker bit his tail and took a good chunk out of it. Because of fear that the attacker could have had rabies or some sort of yucky disease, he is now on antibiotics and is doing fine. But, the joke is on the attacker. TC has feline AIDs, so now there is a POS squirrel (we think) out there with more than he bargained for.
* Next week I start full time lessons, so my life will be non-existent. The schedule will be as follows: wake-up, swim, get puked on and screamed at, repeat steps 2 and 3 11x, go home, sleep, repeat all. Tis the summer!
* Finally, I thought Jill was the only one reading my blog, which I was ok with because just putting my thoughts down is settling--this is not for any sort of fame or glory; however due to comments I have discovered 2 things. (1) Jill is not the only one reading my blog! Rob has too! and (2) when I went to his blog I discovered that there are people who don't know you who respond with poorly written English and then try to sell you crap... who knew! I hope he doesn't mind, but in order to provide an example, here is a comment from Rob's blog:

The funny thing is I am way more bothered by the bad English than by the selling junk. Anywho, if you're reading this comment, if you don't have an account you still can comment, I'm interested in seeing how many readers I have.
And now......
Yesterday, I had my first laser hair removal treatment. It was quite interesting. I had to shave everything being treated beforehand, so there isn't a difference to see yet. And right before she got started she said she had to take pictures of the treated areas... like my girlie parts. But she kept it covered and took a picture of the skin right above... interesting. As for how it felt... well there were some spots that hurt and a lot that didn't. Apparently the more hairs you have in the area being lasered, the more it hurts. I can't tell if it felt like a burning or if that was just in my head. You see a split second before the laser comes, a cold gas comes out so that the feeling is supposed to be neutral, but you can still smell burning, so I think I thought it burned but it didn't. Who knows! It just kind of stings a bit. I have friends who said that their friends who have gotten it took pain killers before going, but I thought I'd just see how it goes the first time and then go from there. So it wasn't super pleasant, and they said that he laser gets stronger with each treatment, so I was prescribed a numbing cream to put on the treated areas 2 hours before my next treatment, and I mite also take a pain killer. They said that in a few days (3-5) it will look like hair is growing in, but its really all the hair that was below the skin when I was lasered shedding. After a day or 2 of that I will be hairless until about 2-3 weeks before my next appointment, which is August 20th. SWEET!

The poor English is bad, and I use to delete it all when it would come in, but my blog is pretty much dead, as I haven't posted in a year or so.
To get rid of comment SPAM, you need to only allow only people with accounts to post, then just delete or block the crap that comes in.

Heeeeey!
In order to pimp your blog- all you need is pictures. That would rock.
Oh- and to avoid getting puked on all summer, apply for an easy campus job and get them to pay for your masters. Work the system. Then D can call you Master Simone - how hot would that be........
